Owned capacity planning and forecasting for a Microsoft Azure analytics platform, partnering with Finance and business operations to forecast demand, establish budgets, monitor consumption, and implement infrastructure changes.

Engineering Leadership

Led the Xbox Business Intelligence Central Analytics engineering organization, including teams of up to 20 full-time and contract engineers, delivering enterprise data and analytics capabilities used by hundreds of internal customers.

Business Impact

Designed the Activities & Resources with Customers (ARC) analytics solution, giving Microsoft sales leadership visibility into how resources were allocated across customers and market segments. The solution received a Microsoft Business Impact Award.

Large-Scale Programs

Contributed architecture, engineering, data, and telemetry solutions to Microsoft Mixed Reality initiatives, including work supporting the U.S. Army IVAS program.
